Our staff team is responsible for carrying out the daily tasks and operations of the church's ministry. Each staff member has a focused area of service, but all work together to carry out the vision and mission of Kossuth.


JON KEISLING - ELDER, LEAD PASTOR

Jon joined the team in November 2023. Jon grew up in Indiana and studied at Purdue University. After marrying Abby in 2014, Jon moved to Washington, DC where he worked as a Math Teacher, Health Care Policy Analyst, and Pastoral Assistant. While in Washington, Jon and Abby were members of Capitol Hill Baptist Church where Jon served as a deacon, staff member, and elder. Jon earned his MDiv in Christian Ministry from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2022. The Lord has blessed Jon and Abby with one daughter: Nora. Jon enjoys basketball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

NINOSKA JONES - CUSTODIAN

Ninoska has been at Kossuth since 2009. She was born in Venezuela, to a family of nine children. She graduated from New Tribe Bible Institute and moved to the U.S. in 1993. She met her husband, Dan, at Faith Church. They have been married for 26 years. They have two boys, Caleb and Andres. Nino’s favorite things are cooking, traveling to the ocean, spending time with her husband, her granddaughter, and her full-time ministry, Andres. 

CHAD MOORE - DIRECTOR OF CAMPUS MINISTRY

Chad was born and raised in Mississippi where he graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BA in Journalism. Chad has served in various capacities such as church planter, campus ministry director, associate pastor, school administrator, and senior pastor. One of Chad’s passions is teaching Biblical Theology, helping others learn how to read, study, and learn the Bible in its context. 

 

Chad and Whitney were married in 2009 and have 4 children that love being outside playing, hiking, and kayaking. 

DAVID CHRISTENSEN - DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY MINISTRY

David was born and raised in Northern Indiana and came on staff with Kossuth in the Spring of 2025. While pursuing degrees at Purdue University (BS), Faith Bible Seminary (MDiv), and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (ThM, PhD), David has worked as a construction laborer, computer technician, pastoral intern, bank teller, and data analyst. After marrying his wife Kelly in 2010, the Lord has granted them three daughters: Elizabeth, Rosalyn, and Joanna. In addition to spending time with his family, David enjoys studying the Bible, reading aloud to his daughters, strength training, and coffee.

DONNA WILKINSON - FINANCIAL SECRETARY

Donna retired from Purdue University in July 2016 to join the Kossuth staff full-time as the Administrative Assistant. In 2023 she transitioned to part-time as the financial secreatry. Donna and her husband, Jim, have been members at Kossuth since 2002. Donna earned a degree in supervision and computer technology while employed by Purdue University.  Some of Donna's favorite things to do include quilting, spending time with family and friends, listening to audio books, and going on road trips with Jim.
