    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Lon & Sarah Vogt as our newest KSBC members.

    Lon & Sarah were voted in as Full members at our July 23rd KSBC Worship Service. Lon & Sarah are from West Lafayette and have been attending KSBC since the spring of 2016. Lon is a farmer in Francesville, Indiana and Sarah is a homemaker. Lon and Sarah have 3 children Aesha, Jaece, and Shaeah. Lon and Sarah are regular attendees and involved in the Connection Hour and Cremeens Care Group.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Joel & Sally Kaufman, Elise Basiletti, and Andrew & Jill King as our newest KSBC members.

    Joel & Sally are originally from Illinois and have 5 adult children and 2 Grandchildren. Joel & Sally have been missionaries in Japan with (TEAM) The Evangelical Alliance Mission for the past 37 years and are now transitioning with TEAM to Purdue University where they will be working closely with Crosswalk in ministering to International Students. Joel & Sally are regular attendees and involved with Connection Hour and the Wilkinson Care Group.

    Elise is from Lafayette, Indiana and has been attending KSBC since August 2016. Elise works for the Indiana State Department of Health working in the area of Early Intervention of Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children. Elise is a regular attendee and involved in Connection Hour and she is a member of the Dillion Care Group.

    Andrew & Jill are from Lafayette and are owners of Christopher Gardens a Landscape Design and Services Company. Andrew & Jill have been attending KSBC for the past year and are regular attendees and involved in Connection Hour. Jill was also baptized at the April 30th Worship Service.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Deborah Griffin, Cynthia Chang, and Josh Hobson as our newest KSBC members. Cynthia and Joshua were voted in as Watchcare members and Deborah as a full member at our March 5th KSBC Worship Service. 

    Deborah is originally from Crete, Illinois before moving to Lafayette. Deborah has been attending KSBC for the past year and she is a regular attendee and involved in Connection Hour and the Peycke Care Group. Deborah is employed at United Parcel Service (UPS) and is joining as a full member.

    Cynthia was born in Taiwan and moved to Carmel, Indiana with her family at a young age. Cynthia began attending KSBC in the August of 2016 after coming to Purdue University. Cynthia is currently a freshman working toward her degree in Pharmacy. Cynthia is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF and she is the sister of KSBC member Jessica Chang. Cynthia is joining as a Watchcare member and will maintain her full membership at her home church, Chinese Community Church of Indianapolis. 

    Josh is originally from Wabash, Indiana and began attending KSBC in the August 2016 after coming to Purdue University. Josh is currently a freshman at Purdue working toward his degree in Computer Engineering. Josh is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF and he plays the drums with the KSBC Worship Team. Josh is joining as a Watchcare member and will maintain his full membership at his home church, New Journey Community Church in Wabash, IN.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Faith Wegener and Tyler Ridge as our newest KSBC members. Faith was voted in as a Watchcare member and Tyler as a Full member at our February 19th KSBC Worship Service. 

    Faith is from Bloomington, Indiana and began attending KSBC in August 2016. Faith is currently a freshman at Purdue University working toward a degree in Audio Engineering/Technology. Faith is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF and she is the sister of KSBC member Amanda Wegener.

    Tyler is a lifelong regular attendee of KSBC and involved in Connection Hour and the RummelCare Group. Tyler works in the sales department at DeFouw Chevrolet. Tyler is married to KSBC member Rachael Ridge and is the son of KSBC members, Mark & Kim Ridge.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Marie Cinatl and JR & Kathy Rohrman as our newest KSBC members. Marie was voted in as a member on January 8th and JR & Kathy on January 15th during our KSBC Worship Service. 

    Marie is from Battleground, Indiana and began attending KSBC in February 2016; she is currently a junior at Purdue University working toward a degree in Linguistics. Marie is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF and she is the sister of KSBC Member Ethan Cinatl.

    JR & Kathy are past members of KSBC and are rejoining KSBC after moving back to Lafayette. JR is the owner of JR Rohrman Automobiles and Kathy is a homemaker. JR and Kathy are the parents of 4 adult children, Ryan, Chase, Trey and Luke and they have 8 grandchildren.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Hannah Barnes & Kristi Davis as our newest KSBC members. Hannah & Kristi were voted in as full members at the December 11, 2016, Worship Service. 

    Hannah has been attending KSBC since August 2015 and is a regular attendee and involved with Salt & Light Christian Fellowship. Hannah is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and is currently a junior at Purdue University working towards her degree in Public Health Science. Hannah is the sister of KSBC member Charlotte Barnes.

    Kristi is originally from Monticello, Indiana and has been attending KSBC for the past year. Kristi is a regular attendee and involved in the Connection Hour and Wellborn Care Group. Kristi is a 2nd Grade teacher at Klondike Middle School and will be getting married to KSBC Member Ernesto Camarena on December 17, 2016.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Morgan & Jennifer Shaffer along with David, Amy, Collin, & Carter Knolhoff and Hailey Campbell as our newest KSBC members. The Shaffer’s, Knolhoff’s and Hailey were voted in as Full Members at the November 20, 2016, Worship Service. 

    The Shaffer’s have been attending KSBC since January 2015 and are regular attendees and involved in Connection Hour and the Peycke’s Care Group. Morgan works for the Indiana Department of Transportation as a Crew Leader and he will be joining the Indiana Army National Guard in January 2017 working in the medical EMT field. Jennifer is a stay at home mother to their children Lucas (5), Jacob (4), Gabriel (3) and Levi (16 months). Jennifer is also involved with the KSBC nursery and Morgan has played on the KSBC Men’s Softball Team.

    The Knolhoff’s have been attending KSBC since March 2016 and are regular attendees and involved in Connection Hour. David is an Engineer at Caterpillar and Amy is a stay at home mother to their children Collin (19) a freshman at Purdue University studying Industrial Management, Carter (16) and Holden (13).

    Hailey Campbell has been attending KSBC since March 2016 and is a regular attendee and involved in Connection Hour. Hailey is the daughter of new KSBC Members David & Amy Knolhoff. Hailey is a Registered Nurse working in the Surgical Section of St Elizabeth Hospital.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Amanda Wegener as our newest KSBC member. Amanda was voted in as Watchcare Member at the October 30, 2016, Worship Service. 

    Amanda is from Bloomington, Indiana and began attending KSBC in August 2015 when she began her studies at Purdue University. Amanda is currently a sophomore working towards a degree in Interior Design. Amanda is a regular attendee and involved in SLCF and she is an RA (Residential Assistant) at Crosswalk Commons. Amanda is joining KSBC as a Watch Care member and will maintain her full membership at Clearnote Church in Bloomington, Ind.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Dan Lehe, Justin & Helena Richter, and Marvin Boyer as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as Full Members at the September 4, 2016 Worship Service. 

    Dan is from Lafayette and lifelong attendee of KSBC. Dan is a 3rd Grade teacher at Woodland Elementary School and he is a regular attendee and involved in the Connection Hour and the Rummel Care Group. Dan is the Grandson of KSBC Member JoAnn Lehe.

    Justin & Helena have been attending KSBC since August 2014 and were married at KSBC on June 19, 2016. Justin is originally from Chicago, IL. Helena is originally from Columbia. Justin & Helena are both currently graduate students at Purdue University where Justin is working toward his Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and Helena is working toward her Ph.D. in Microbiology. Justin & Helena are regular attendees and involved in the Connection Hour and the Haller Care Group.

    Marvin (Marv) Boyer has been attending KSBC since May 2016 after moving to Lafayette from North Carolina when he married KSBC Member Julia Grant. Marvin is a retired pastor & teacher and he has 3 adult children.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Andrew & Carla Overly as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as full members at the August 14, 2016 worship service.  

    Andy & Carla are from Remington, Indiana and have been attending KSBC since September 2015. Carla is a Teacher’s Assistant at Faith Christian School in Lafayette. Andy & Carla have 5 children, Benjamin 22, (wife Ashley), Josiah 20, who lives in New York, Isaac 18, who will be attending Grace College in the fall, Samuel 15 and Caleb 12.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Timothy & Megan Lee, Krishna Chetty and Rebekah (Becky) Briggs as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as Full Members at the July 17, 2016 Worship Service. 

    Timothy & Megan are from West Lafayette, Indiana and have been attending KSBC since February 2016. Timothy works at Purdue University for the Krannert School of Management in the Information Technology Department and Megan is employed at Café Literato in the Bakery Dept. Timothy and Megan are regular attendees, involved in Connection Hour, and in the Welborn Care Group. Megan also plays the piano in the KSBC Praise Team.


    Krishna is originally from Mumbai, India and has been attending KSBC for the past 3 years after coming to Purdue University. Krishna is currently working on his PhD in Nuclear Engineering and he is a regular attender and involved with Salt and Light Christian Fellowship. 


    Becky is originally from Pennsylvania and began attending KSBC in 2014 after moving to Lafayette.  Becky is married to KSBC member Evan Briggs and is also the daughter of KSBC members Tim & Marsha Weeks. Evan and Becky are regular attendees, involved in Connection Hour, and in the Dillion Care Group. Evan and Becky have a daughter Emerson born May 12, 2016.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Dylan Shaw, Becca Feick, Hannah Weeks and Zach & Katy Johnson as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as Full Members at the June 19, 2016 Worship Service.  

    Dylan is from Lafayette and has been attending KSBC for the past year. Dylan is a store greeter at Meijer, Inc. and he is currently a student at Ivy Tech Community College working toward a degree in Psychology.

    Becca is a graduate of Purdue University earning her degree in Bio-Medical Engineering and has been attending KSBC for the past 5 years. Becca is employed at Cook Biotech as a Processing Engineer. Becca is a regular attendee of the Connection Hours and is in the Dillon’s Care Group.

    Hanna has been attending KSBC since August 2015 after moving to Lafayette from Pennsylvania. Hannah is a Registered Nurse. Hannah is a regular attendee of the Connection Hours and is in the Haller’s Care Group. Hannah is the daughter of KSBC Members Tim & Marsha Weeks and the sister of KSBC Member Becky Briggs.

    Zach & Katy have been attending KSBC since August 2015 after moving to Lafayette from Arkansas.  Zach & Katy are regular attenders of the Connection Hours and are in the Trudnowski’s Care Group. Katy is employed at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) as a Grain Merchandiser and Zach is in training as a State Farm Insurance Agent.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Ethan Cinatl & Chad Lawrence as our newest KSBCmembers. Ethan was voted in as Full Member and Chad a Watchcare Member at the May 01, 2016 Worship Service. 

    Ethan is from Lafayette and has been attending KSBC for the past year. Ethan is a Project Superintendent/Manager with Milestone Contractors. Ethan is regular attender during the Connection hour and involved with the Dillion Care Group.

    Chad is originally from Floyds Knobs, Indiana and has been attending KSBC since August 2015 when he started his schooling at Purdue University. Chad will be a sophomore at Purdue and he is working toward his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Chad is also regular attender and on the leadership team of The Navigators Organization. Chad is joining as a Watchcare Member and will maintain his Full membership at his home church,Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany, Indiana.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Dan, Jane, Megan and Levi Harkleroad and Jinguan (Lizhi) ZHANG as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as Full Members at the April 17, 2016 Worship Service.

    The Harkleroad’s have been attending KSBC since March of 2015 after moving to Lafayette from Wisconsin. Dan is the son of KSBC members Joe & Betty Joe Harkelroad and Dan is semi-retired after working in the Construction Business for the past 24 yrs. in Wisconsin. Jane is a homemaker and stay at home mom to Megan and Levi. Megan has recently been working as a Nanny and Levi will be joining the USAF Indiana Air Guard in June 2016 working in the Electronics Field.

    Lizhi is originally from China and has been attending KSBC for the past 1 ½ yrs. after coming to Purdue University with her husband Pengcheng Yang who is working on his PhD degree in Economics. Lizhi is the mother to 1 yr. old son Asher and she is a regular attender and involved with SLCF International.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Brad & Maggie Rawls, Jeff & Carol Feirick, Rory Feirick, JD Cochran, BJ Fowler and Brian Roth as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as Full Members at the March 6 Worship Service.

    Brad & Maggie are originally from Kokomo, Indiana and have been attending KSBC since 2012. Brad is a X-RAY Tech with IU Health and Maggie is a homemaker and part-time Ballet Teacher. Brad & Maggie have two children Sophie Rose (6) and Liam (3). Brad & Maggie are regular attenders and involved in the Connection Hour and the Smelser Care Group.

     

    Jeff & Carol are from the Lafayette area and have been attending KSBC since November 2015. Jeff is Vice President of Corporate Planning at Indiana Packers and Carol is a homemaker. Jeff & Carol are regular attenders in Connection Hour and they have 2 adult sons Thomas and Rory.

    Rory is from Lafayette and is the son of new KSBC members Jeff & Carol Feirick. Rory is a freshman at Purdue University working toward his degree in Audio Electrical Engineering Technology and he is a regular attendee in the Connection Hour and involved with Salt & Light Christian Fellowship.

    JD Cochran is originally from Kokomo, Indiana and has been attending KSBC since 2008. JD is a software developer for SDI CAMPS which produces material for School Day Books Company. JD is also regular attendee in the Connection Hour.

    Benjamin (BJ) is originally from Noblesville, Indiana and is currently a freshman at Purdue University working toward his degree in Civil Engineering. BJ has been attending KSBC since Sept 2015 and is a regular attendee and involved during the Connection Hour and with Salt and Light Christian Fellowship.

    Brian is currently a senior at Purdue University working toward a December Graduation with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Brian has been attending KSBC since 2014 and was baptized at KSBC in 2015. Brian is a regular attender and involved in Connection Hour and with the Berger Care Group.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Tim & Marsha Weeks as our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as full members at the February 14 Worship Service.

    Tim & Marsha have been attending KSBC since August 2015 after moving to Lafayette. Tim and Marsha are past missionaries with ABWE where they served for a majority of their time in France. Tim now works as a Hospice Chaplin, but both he and Marsha are currently on deputation to raise support as they have joined with Baptist Church Planters to serve with that organization. They are regular attendees in the Connection Hour and members of the Haller Small Group.

    Tim and Marsha are parents to 4 adult children Esther, Hanna, Ruben and Becky Briggs wife of KSBC member Evan Briggs.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Andrea Ray and Zach Musser as our newest Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the December 13 worship service.

    Andrea is originally from Hillsboro, Wisconsin, and began attending Kossuth in the fall of 2013. She is PhD Student at Purdue University working toward her Doctorate in Food Safety/Biology. Andrea is involved with Graduate InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Purdue and is looking toward international ministry after completing her studies.

    Zach is the son of Kossuth members Brian and Karen Musser and has been a lifelong attendee. He is currently a senior at Purdue University working toward his degree in Forestry. Zach is involved with Salt & Light Christian Fellowship and is a member of Stephen Weinkauf’s college POD.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Jessica Chang and Joe & Betty Jo Harkleroadas our newest KSBC members. They were voted in as full members at the November 8 worship service. Take a moment to meet them:

    Jessica is originally from Taiwan and in her fourth year of Pharmacy School at Purdue University. Jessica currently resides at Crosswalk Commons and she is a regular attendee, is involved with Salt & Light Christian Fellowship, and plays the piano with the worship team.

    Joe and Betty Jo have been attending Kossuth since January 2015 after moving to Lafayette from Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Joe & Betty Joe are retired after Joe worked many years as a bricklayer and in the grocery business. Joe and Betty Jo also happen to be the grandparents of Kossuth member Mark Harkleroad, and they are involved in the Ambassadors class.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Eric Dunk, Berma Johnson, Derek Curtis and Jim & Leslie Peltier as our newest KSBC members. Eric was voted in as a full member at the October 4 worship service while Berma, Derek, Jim, and Leslie were voted in as full members at the October 11 worship service

    Eric was born and raised in Lafayette. He has been attending Kossuth since 2012 and was baptized here in 2014. Eric works for the City of Lafayette in Fleet Maintance with their Motor Vehicle Division. He   Eric is actively involved in the Wilkinson Care Group.

    Berma is originally from Monticello, Indiana, but has resided in Lafayette for the past several years. She has been attending Kossuth since the fall of 2014. Berma worked in Management for Brulin Chemical Company for 23 years and now is retired.

    Derek is from Gainesville, Florida, and is currently a sophomore at Purdue University working toward his degree in Industrial Engineering. Derek has been attending Kossuth for the past year and is involved with Reformed University Fellowship at Purdue and with Salt & Light International at KSBC.

    Jim and Leslie were past members at Kossuth before moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Jim and Leslie returned to Lafayette in 2014 as Jim returned to work at Caterpillar, Inc. and they began to again attend KSBC in December 2014. Jim is an engineer at Caterpillar, and Leslie is a stay-at-home mom to their three children, Abigail (12), Josie (10), and Clark (8) and she is also involved in the worship team.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Will & Kay Peycke and Cameron Hansen as our newest members. Will & Kay were voted in as full members & Cameron as a Watchcare Member at the September 6 worship service.  

    Will and Kay came to Kossuth this July, when Will joined the staff as the Director of Family Ministry. Prior to coming to Kossuth, Will served on staff at Parker Road Bible Church in Mokena, IL. Will & Kay are joined by their children Drew (8), Caris (6), Tobia (3) and a son due in November.

    Cameron is originally from Greenfield, Indiana and has been attending Kossuth since 2013 after coming to Purdue University. He is currently working toward his degree in Computer Graphics Technology. Cameron is involved with the worship team for Salt & Light Christian Fellowship and is a member of Kossuth's technology & sound team. Cameron joined as a Watchcare Member and will maintain his full membership at his home church of Franklin Road Baptist Church, Indianapolis, IN.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Dennis & Diane Carson as our newest Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the August 9 worship service.  

    Dennis is Director of the Economic Develop Department for the City of Lafayette, and Diane is a homemaker. They are parents to 3 adult children: Nick (29), Mckailey (22) and Ben (20). Dennis and Diane reside in West Lafayette and have been attending Kossuth for the past 5 to 6 years. They are attenders and involved in the Abound Connection Group and Wilkinson Care Group.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Steven & Sandra Flammini and Pengcheng Lu & Xiaojun Ma as our newest Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the July 12 and August 2 worship services respectively.

    Steve and Sandy recently moved to Delphi, Indiana, after serving for 23 years as missionaries in the Philippines and have now begun to work with International Students Incorporated at Purdue University and alongside Salt & Light International. Steve and Sandra have been attending Kossuth since December 2014 and are regular attenders and involved with the E3 Connection Group.  

    Pengcheng & Xiaojun are originally from China. They have been attending Kossuth since June 2012 after coming to Purdue University. Pengcheng earned his PhD in China and is currently working as a post-doc student in Chemistry at Purdue, while Xiaojun will earn her Master’s Degree in Education in August 2015 and begin pursuing her PhD in Special Education. Pengheng and Xiaojun have one son Matthew (3) and they are regular attenders and involved with Salt & Light International.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Thomas & Kelly Welborn as our newest Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the June 28 worship service.  

    Tom & Kelly have been attending Kossuth since September 2014 after moving to Lafayette from Virginia upon Tom’s retirement from the United States Marine Corp. Tom retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 21 years of service. Kelly is a stay at home mother to their 4 children, Kristen (11), Danielle (8), Emily (5), and Jonathan (3). Tom & Kelly are regular attenders and involved in the E3 Connection Group and the Wilson/Armstrong Care Group.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Trenton & Cammie Kilgus and Peter & Brittany Ristau as our newest Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the June 14 worship service.  

    Trent & Cammie are originally from Remington, Indiana, but were living in Columbus, Ohio the past few years before moving back to Indiana. They have been attending Kossuth since December 2014. Trent is a Project Manager for D & K Electric, a family owned and run business. Cammie is a stay-at-home mother to their two children, son Andrew (4) and daughter Alexa (2). Trent & Cammie are regular attenders and involved with the E3 Connection Group.

    Peter & Brittany are from Lafayette and have been attending Kossuth since August 2013. Peter is a Software Developer for a Purdue Research Park technology company (IN3). Brittany is a third grade school teacher at Vinton Elementary School and they are the proud new parents to daughter, Autumn (3 months). Peter & Brittany are regular attenders and involved with the Rummel Care Group.

    The membership ministry team would like to welcome Matt & Tanya Niewedde, Anthony “Tony” & Jenessa Trudnowski and Jonathan Bruce as our newest Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the May 31 worship service.  

    Matt and Tanya were past Kossuth members before moving to Arkansas in 2013 for a job promotion with Matt’s employer Eco-Lab. Matt and Tanya have since moved back to Lafayette due to Matt’s job and are rejoining the Kossuth family. Tanya is a stay at home mom to their one-and-a-half year-old daughter Emma. They are regular attenders and involved in the Abound Connection Group and Rummel care group. Matt is also the Assistant-coach for the KSBC Men’s Softball Team.

    Tony and Jenessa are originally from Billings, Montana and have been attending Kossuth since February 2015 after moving to Lafayette. Tony is a test engineer with Cook Research Inc. in West Lafayette and Jenessa is a stay at home mom to their two daughters, Brynlee (three years old) and Paige (one year old). They are regular attenders and involved in the E3 Connection Group.

    Jonathan is originally from Lewisville Texas, a suburb of Dallas. Jonathan moved to Lafayette to attend Purdue University and has been attending Kossuth since December 2013. He is currently a graduate student at Purdue working toward his Master’s Degree in Communication. Jonathan is a regular attender and involved in the Dillon care group, and he is engaged to be married on June 27, 2015, to fellow Kossuth Member Kimberly Weirs.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Samantha Duncan as our newest Kossuth member. Samantha was voted in as a full member at the May 3 worship service.

    Samantha is originally from Bedford, Indiana, but comes to Lafayette via Evansville, where she attended the University of Southern Indiana, continuing to work and live there following graduation. Samantha recently moved to Lafayette in March 2015 to become the new Kossuth Administrative Assistant. She is a regular attendee and involved in the Abound Connections Group and plays on the Kossuth Co-ed Softball Team.

    Please introduce yourself as you see Samantha at church or stop by the church office and say hello. Samantha wanted to pass on that she would love to receive notes to get to know everyone if you are not able to catch her in the office.     Rebecca is the daughter of past Kossuth members Mark & Elaine Robbins and is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. She began attending Kossuth in September 2014.     The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Trey & Cathryn Rohrman, Leonard Wise, Emma Gaier and Heather Glenn as new Kossuth members. They were all voted in as full members at the March 22 worship service.  

    Trey and Cathryn began attending Kossuth in the spring of 2013 after returning to Lafayette. Trey is the General Manager for Toyota at Bob Rohrman Automotive Group and Cathryn is a stay at home mom taking care of their two sons Tait (2 years old) and Coen (3 months). Trey & Cathryn are regular attenders in the Beloved connections group and Starr care group.

    Leonard is originally from Valparaiso, Indiana and began attending Kossuth in November 2014 after moving to Lafayette to retire. Before retiring, Leonard lived and worked in different parts of the Western United States with the last stop being in the state of Washington, where he worked for the federal government with the Bureau of Reclamation. Leonard is married to his wife of 45 years (Susan) and has two adult children (Kimberly and Kristina). Leonard is a regular attendee in the Jubilee connections group.

    Emma is daughter of former Kossuth members Scott and Angie Gaier, and has been attending Kossuth since coming to Purdue University. Emma is currently a junior at Purdue working toward her degree in History. Emma resides and is involved with student activities at Crosswalk Commons and also is a regular attender in the Abound connections group.

    Heather is originally from Delphi, Indiana, and has been attending Kossuth since 2011. She has been a watchcare member since November 2013. Heather graduated from Purdue University in December 2014, earning her degree in Professional Writing and she is now joining as a full member. Heather is involved with the Kossuth worship team and Beloved connections group.

    Rachael is originally from Clarkston, MI. She is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, MI, where she earned her degree in Music Education. Rachael moved to Lafayette in the summer of 2014 in order to became the Orchestra Teacher at Sunnyside Intermediate School and she began to attend Kossuth in August 2014.  Rachael is a regular attendee in the Abound Connection Group and Wilkinson Care Group, and she is involved with the music team.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Nicholas & April Lee and Corina Briggs as new KSBC members. They were voted in as full members at the November 23 worship service.  

    Nicholas & April are from Lafayette and have been attending Kossuth for approximately one year. Nick works in manufacturing at Coleman Cable Inc., while April teaches Math part-time at Ivy Tech Community College along with being a stay at home mother to their son Apollos, 2 years old, and daughter Calyca (Cali), 7 months old. Nicholas & April are regular attenders in the E3 Connections Group and Smelser Care Group.

    Corina is from Lafayette and is the daughter-in-law of Kossuth Members Paul & Geri Briggs. Sheis married to Jamie Briggs who works in manufacturing at Wabash National Corporation. Corina is currently a stay at home mother to their two children: Alexis, 4 years old, and Braxton, one year old. Corina & Jamie are also expecting a third child due in June 2015.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Stephen Weinkauf, Samuel Jero and Bernard Mondal as new KSBC members. Steven and Samuel have joined as full members and Bernard is joining as a watchcare member. They were voted in as members at the October 19 worship service.  

    Stephen is originally from Elkhart, Indiana, and began attending KSBC in 2010 when he began his studies at Purdue University. Stephen is currently a senior at Purdue working toward his degree in Film & Video Studies. Stephen is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF and Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) at Purdue.

    Sam is originally from Dayton, Ohio, and has been attending KSBC for one year after arriving at Purdue University. Sam is currently working on his PhD in Computer Science at Purdue. Sam is a regular attendee and involved in the Abound Connections Group and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Purdue.

    Bernard is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, and began attending KSBC in 2011 after arriving at Purdue University. Bernard is currently working on his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Purdue. Bernard is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF. Bernard is joining as a watchcare member and will maintain his full membership at his home church of Northside Baptist Church in Indianapolis.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Andrew & Crystalyn Costa and Joel Derby as new KSBC members. They were voted in as full members at the August 17 worship service. 

    Andrew and Crystalyn are from Stockwell, Indiana, and have been attending KSBC since January 2014. Andrew is a personal loan officer for Springleaf Financial Services and Crystalyn is a homemaker and mother to daughter Katelyn (20 months) and a soon-to-be second child due October 2014.

    Joel is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has been attending KSBC since January 2008. Joel is an engineer with Omega Micro-Technologies in West Lafayette, and he is a regular attendee and involved with Abound ABF. Joel was also the coach for the 2014 KSBC men’s and co-ed softball teams.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome Rich & Hanna Bender as new Kossuth members. They were voted in as full members at the May Family Gathering.  

    Rich and Hanna grew up in the Lafayette area, but now make their home in Monticello, Indiana. They have been attending Kossuth for the last year. Rich & Hanna are regular attenders and involved in the Jubilee Connection Group and Humphrey Care Group. Rich is a graduate of Cedarville University and is an Electrical Engineer working at Girtz Industries in Monticello, and Hanna is a homemaker raising their children Brenden (12), Logan (11), Morgan (8) Jackson (7), Bella (3) and Sophie (1 ½).

    Tessa is the daughter of KSBC member Cheryl Hedges and has been attending KSBC since May 2013 after graduating from Cedarville University, where she earned her degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tessa recently trained with Avant Ministries, a church planting organization, and is working toward being a full time missionary with Avant at Echo Ranch Bible Camp near Juneau, Alaska. Tessa is also a regular attender in the Abound Connection Group and Berger Care Group.

    Justin and Kailynn are from Dayton, Indiana, and have been attending Kossuth for the past year. Justin works in Supervision with the Department of Child Services and Kailynn is a teacher at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Justin and Kailynn have two children, a son Bowdyn (5) and daughter Maci (3). Justin and Kailynn are regular attendees and involved with Beloved Connections Group.


    Maria is originally from San Carlos, Ecuador, and came to the U.S. in October 2007 after being adopted by Kossuth members Steve and Mitti Wilson. Maria is a home schooled high school student, and she is a regular attendee and involved with the student ministry and Awana, where she is a helper with Puggles.


    Zachariah (Zach) is from Arlington, Texas, and has been attending Kossuth since arriving at Purdue University in August 2013. Zach is a graduate student working toward his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Zach is a regular attendee in the E3 Connections Group and Armstrong Care Group.

    Dan & Laurie have been attending KSBC for a little over one year and are regular attendees and involved with the Beloved Connections Group. Dan is a retired chemistry teacher from Frontier School Corporation and Laurie is local marketing director for Chick-Fil-A.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: Shane McGraw, Nicole Bianco and Sara Nixon. They were voted in as full members at the July Family Gathering.

    Shane is originally from Naperville, Illinois and began attending KSBC in March 2012. Shane will be a senior this fall at Purdue University working toward his degree in Industrial Engineering. Shane is a regular attendee and involved with Salt and Light Christian Fellowship and he involved with the Kossuth Praise Team.

    Nicole is originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, and began attending KSBC in the spring of 2012. She was baptized just recently in April 2013.     Sara began attending KSBC in January 2013 after her family moved to Lafayette. Sara is a regular attendee and involved in the Abound connection group, as well as being part of a care group. Sara will be attending New College Franklin in the fall, which is a classical Christian college in Franklin, Tennessee.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new member: Laurel Donaldson. Laurel was voted in as a full member at the June Family Gathering. She is originally from Geneseo, Illinois and came to Lafayette to attend Purdue University. Laurel is a recent graduate of Purdue with a degree in Speech Language/Hearing Sciences. Laurel will be attending the University of Iowa in the fall working toward a PhD in Audiology. Laurel began attending KSBC in 2011, and she is involved with Salt and Light Christian Fellowship.

    Lizhi is from Tianjin, China and he is a student at Purdue University working toward his PhD in Agriculture & Biological Engineering. Lizhi has been attending KSBC since January 2013, and he is a regular attendee and involved with Salt & Light International. 


    Caleb is originally from Zionsville, Indiana, and he is a sophomore at Purdue University working toward his degree in Anthropology & Creative Writing. Caleb has attended KSBC since August 2011 after coming to Purdue. He is involved with Campus Outreach at Purdue and was recently baptized at Kossuth in April 2013.

     
    Paul is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado and  is a junior at Purdue University working toward his degree in Aerospace Engineering. Paul began attending KSBC in August 2011 after coming to Purdue, and he was baptized at KSBC in December 2012. Paul is a regular attendee and involved with Salt & Light Christian Fellowship. 


    Thomas and Amber live in West Point, Indiana and have been attending KSBC since 2009. Thomas is a bricklayer for a local building services company and Amber works part time for Lighthouse Appraisals and is a stay at home mom with their daughter Reagan who is 2 years old. Thomas and Amber are regular attendees and involved in the Humphrey care group and the Abound connection group.


    Abbey is originally from Wasilla, Alaska and has been attending KSBC since 2012. Abbey is a recent graduate from Vision for Hope and is currently a Certified Nursing Assistant at Heritage Healthcare Nursing Home in West Lafayette. Abby is a regular attendee and involved with the Wilkinson care group and Abound connections group. Abbey is the cousin of KSBC member Tanya Neiwedde. 


    Steve and Diane are from Lafayette, Indiana and have been attending KSBC since 2009. Diane is a RN in Internal Medicine working for Dr. Holmes, a local doctor. Steve is a self-employed real estate manager/investor, and he is brother of KSBC Member Sarah Davis. Steve and Diane are regular attenders and involved with the Zimmerman care group and Abound connections group. Steve was recently baptized in April 2013.
     

    Delaney is originally from Fishers, Indiana and she is currently a sophomore at Purdue University working toward her degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Delaney is a regular attendee and involved with Salt & Light Christian Fellowship. She is joining as a watch care member, keeping her full membership at her home church of Castleview Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: Charlotte Mae Barnes, Ernesto Camarena and J.W. & Stephanie Fansler. They were all voted in as Full Members at the March Family gathering.

    Charlotte is from Fort Wayne, Indiana and is currently a freshman at Purdue University working toward her degree in Speech & Language Pathology. Charlotte began attending KSBC in August 2012 and she is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF.

    J.W. and Stephanie are originally from Bedford, Indiana and have been attending KSBC since August 2012. J. W. is the Assistant Director for the Indiana Council on Economic Education at Purdue University, and Stephanie is small business Accountant and stay-at-home mom to their newborn baby girl Joanna Grace who was born on February 26, 2013. J.W. & Stephanie are regular attendees and involved with E3 Connection Group. 

    Ernesto is originally from El Paso, Texas and has been attending KSBC since the fall of 2011. Ernesto is a Graduate student at Purdue University working toward his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He also works as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of International Students and Scholars.     Erika is originally from Muncie, Indiana and has been attending KSBC since arriving at Purdue University. Erika is a currently a sophomore at Purdue working toward her degree in Applied Exercise and Health Sciences. Erika is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF. She is joining as a Watch Care member and will keep her full membership at her home church of Trinity Baptist Church in Muncie.



    Jennifer is from West Lafayette, Indiana and has been attending KSBC for the past 2 years. She was baptized at KSBC in April 2012 has been a regular attendee and involved since that time. Jennifer is also involved with Campus Outreach Ministries. She is a senior at Purdue University completing her degree in Fine Arts.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: Harry and Joyce Myers, Josie Elzey, and James Jewell Jr. They were voted in as full members at the December Family Gathering.  





    Harry and Joyce
    were past members and are returning to KSBC. Harry is owner of M&M Window Cleaning and is partially retired. Joyce is a retired secretary. They have two adult children, Russell (wife Jackie) and Angela (husband Jeff), and they have one grandchild (Emily). Harry & Joyce are regular attendees and involved with the Ambassadors Connection Group. 





    Josie
    is also a past member and returning to KSBC. Josie is the daughter of KSBC members Bill and Carol Bolander. Josie is currently employed at Mulberry Health Care as a nursing aide. Josie also teaches math at Ivy Tech and is attending Ivy Tech nursing school working toward a degree in nursing. Josie is a regular attendee in the Connection Groups and is a leader with Cubbies in AWANA.





    James
    is originally from Kokomo, Indiana, and has been attending KSBC since January 2012. He is a regular attendee and involved in the Connections Groups. James is a Customer Service Agent for Lafayette Venetian Blind Company.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members Brent and Marti Gutwein. Brent and Marti live in West Lafayette and have been attending KSBC since January 2012. They are regular attenders in the KSBC Connections Group and Marti is involved with Ladies Bible Fellowship. Brent works at Granite Management/Real Estate and Marti is a pharmacist. Brent and Marti have 3 children: Heike (23), Victor (21) and Jake (15) who is a sophomore at West Lafayette High School.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new member: David DeLong. David is from Buck Creek, Indiana, and has been attending KSBC since 2011. David is a graduate of Southern Indiana University at Evansville, where he earned his degree in Radio and Television. David is currently employed as a videographer for WLFI TV-18. David is a regular attendee, he's involved in his Connection Group, and he plays on both the men’s and co-ed KSBC softball teams.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members. Joel & Sarah Jo Lau, Jennifer & Jana Minich, Matthew (Matt) & Esther Prelock, Stephen (Scott) & Melisa Van Der Aa, and Julia Jaeger. They were voted in as Full Members at the August Family Gathering. Please introduce yourself as you see these new members and welcome them to our family.



     

    Joel and Sarah Jo Lau are finishing their respective studies at Purdue University in Aerospace Engineering and were recently married in May 2012. Joel and Sarah Jo are regular attenders and involved with SLCF and are moving from Watch Care members to Full Membership.



    Jennifer and daughter Jana have been attending KSBC since Dec 2010 along with Jennifer’s husband Mark and their 3 boys Phillip (19), Evan (7), and Andrew (5).  Jennifer is a stay at home mom and homemaker and Jana will be a junior in high school. Jennifer is a regular attender in the Sojourners ABF and Jana attends the KSBC HS Youth Group and is involved with AWANA as a helper with the Cubbies. 



    Matt and Esther are longtime residence of the Lafayette area and have been attending KSBC since December, 2011.  Matt is a 30-year employee at Caterpillar in the millwright section, and Esther is a piano teacher and a homemaker. Matt and Esther are also owners of Prelock Blueberry Farm near Dayton, Indiana and they have 2 adult children Aaron (27) and Joe (24).


    Scott and Melisa have been attending KSBC since March 2012 and are regular attenders in the Harvesters ABF. Scott is originally from Winamac, Indiana and Melisa is from Mexico. Scott is a Spanish teacher and wrestling coach at Harrison High School, and Melisa is a homemaker/stay at home mom to their 3 children Mariana (4), Catherine (3) and Sara (1).


    Julia, originally from Bloomington, Illinois, has been attending KSBC since 2008 and is a regular attender of the Koinonia ABF. Julia is a Registered Nurse with IU Health for the past 10 years and is currently the Education Coordinator in their Home Health nursing area.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: David & Mary (Betsy) Ayers, Taylor Ruble, and Jeffrey Meyer. They were voted in as Full Members at the May Family Gathering. Please introduce yourself as you see the new members and welcome them to our family.




    David and Betsy began attending KSBC in February 2011, after moving to Lafayette for David’s job. David is Associate Dean in International Programs at Purdue University and Betsy is a stay-at-home housewife, who also helps teach English as a Second Language to internationals when needed. David and Betsy have 2 adult children Abby (24) and Taylor (22).




    Taylor is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, and he has just finished his junior year at Purdue University working toward his degree in Civil Engineering. Taylor began attending KSBC in May 2011 and he is a regular attender and involved with SLCF.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: Eric Hudson and Charles Akinbola. They were voted in as full members at the April Family Gathering.

    Eric and Charles are both originally from Carmel, Indiana and are seniors at Purdue University with Eric working toward his degree in Movement and Sports Science and Charles working toward his degree in English Education. Eric and Charles began attending KSBC in 2008 after coming to Purdue University, both were recently baptized at KSBC and they are involved with Campus Outreach.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: Mark & Ashley Harkleroad and Kara Osborne. They were voted in as Full Members at the March Family Gathering.

    Mark and Ashley moved to Lafayette in August of 2010 and have been attending KSBC since May of 2011. Mark is a self-contractor and Ashley is a homemaker. They are regular attendees of the Builders ABF and also are beginning to work with the teenagers of the KSBC youth and family ministry.

    Kara is from Indianapolis, Indiana and she is currently a junior at Purdue University working toward her degree in Management and Wildlife.  Kara has been attending KSBC since 2009 and she is a regular attendee and involved with SLCF.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members: Brianna Dillon, and Grant & Cara Gudeman.

    Brianna is from Lafayette and she is the daughter of KSBC Members Dan and Peggy Dillon. Brianna began attending KSBC in the summer of 2010 after graduating from Grove City College in Pennsylvania with a degree in Physics. Brianna is currently attending Purdue University and is working toward her PhD in Physics. Brianna is a regular attendee and involved with the Builders ABF.

    Grant and Cara are from Lafayette and have been attending KSBC since October 2011. Grant is a District Sales Manager for Specialty Hybrids Company and Cara is a stay at home mother to their 3 children, Braylyn (5), Morgan (3), and Lincoln (21 months). Grant & Cara are also regular attendees and involved with the Builders ABF.

    The Membership Ministry Team would like to welcome the following new members. Yating Haller, Jedidiah Kampen, Dan & Nicole Harmeson and Robbie Beecher. They were all voted in as full members at the December Family Gathering.

    Yating is originally from Taiwan, then moved to the United States for schooling. Yating attended the University of Oregon where she earned her BA degree in Cross Cultural Studies, and Vanderbilt University where she earned her PhD in International Education. Yating then moved to Lafayette in 2006 when she began working at Purdue University. She now works in the College of Engineering with her focus on Global Internship Studies Abroad. Yating is involved with SLCF International and was recently baptized at the December Family Gathering. Yating is also married to KSBC member John Haller.

    Jedidiah is originally from DePere, Wisconsin and he is currently a junior at Purdue University. Jed is working toward his degree in Nuclear Engineering and he is in the Navy ROTC. Jed began attending KSBC in March of 2010, he is a regular attendee of SLCF, and he is on the Discipleship Team of SLCF as well.

    Dan and Nicole are from Lafayette, Indiana. Dan works at Purdue University as a Coordinator in the Biology Department and Nicole is an assist-coordinator with Women/Infant &Children (WIC). Dan & Nicole have been attending KSBC since 2008 and are regular attendees and involved in the Harvesters ABF. Dan and Nicole have a son named Olin.

    Robbie is from Lafayette, Indiana and he is the son of KSBC members Rob and Leza Beecher. Robbie is home schooled and is currently a freshman. He is a regular attendee of the KSBC high school youth group and he is a helper in Awana’s with the Cubbies group.
